Telehealth services & consent
Medical services are provided by licensed clinicians through DonoMed LLC to patients located in the State of Florida. Before receiving treatment, you will be asked to separately review and consent to telehealth care through a consent form presented during intake, which describes asynchronous (store-and-forward) telehealth, its benefits and limitations, and your right to request a live telephone or video visit at any time. That consent, together with the terms of service of our clinical, payment, and intake platforms, governs your care; these Terms of Use govern your use of this website only. A prescription is issued only if a provider determines treatment is clinically appropriate.
Dose calculator
The dose calculator is an educational convenience tool. It does not account for your individual medical circumstances. Your provider's instructions always take precedence. Verify your vial concentration and prescribed dose before every injection.
