Shipping & Delivery

Cold chain, transit times, and what to do if something is wrong.

If your package arrives warm, damaged, or leaking, do not use it. Call or text (813) 733-8356 or email Support@DonoMed.com and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Who ships your medication

DonoMed does not hold, store, or ship medication. Your prescription is dispensed and shipped directly to you by the state-licensed pharmacy that fills it. We coordinate the order and stay involved if anything goes wrong in transit.

Where we ship

We ship only to addresses within the State of Florida, to patients who are physically located in Florida and are 18 or older. We cannot ship out of state, to a freight forwarder, or internationally, and we cannot forward a package once it has been sent.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of the pharmacy dispensing them. Dispensing usually happens within 1–2 business days of your provider approving the prescription. You receive tracking information when the package ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and holidays can extend them. Pharmacies generally avoid shipping temperature-sensitive medication so that it sits in transit over a weekend or holiday, which can shift your ship date by a day or two.

Temperature-sensitive medication

Most of the medications we prescribe require refrigeration. They ship in insulated packaging with a cold pack, sized for the expected transit time.

  • Bring the package inside as soon as it arrives and refrigerate the medication promptly.
  • The cold pack may be partly or fully thawed on arrival. That by itself is normal and does not mean the medication is compromised.
  • If the package sat outside in heat, arrived warm to the touch, or was delayed well beyond its expected transit time, do not use it. Contact us.
  • Do not freeze your medication, and do not store it in a car or in direct sunlight.

Storage instructions specific to your medication are in your Important Safety Information and on your label. Follow those.

If something is wrong with your delivery

Contact us and do not use the medication. We replace, at no cost to you, medication that arrives damaged, leaking, broken, above its safe temperature range, or that is the wrong item or wrong strength. Photograph the package and its contents if you can — it helps us resolve it with the pharmacy faster, but it is not required.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you do not have it, or if it has not moved for more than two business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. We will work with you and the pharmacy on a replacement. We cannot control carrier handling once a package leaves the pharmacy.

Your address

You are responsible for giving us a complete, accurate Florida shipping address where someone can receive a package. If a package is undeliverable or returned because of an address error, the medication cannot be re-shipped — once it has left the pharmacy's control it cannot be returned to stock. A replacement would be a new order at your cost. Please check your address before you confirm.

Packaging

Packages are plain and discreet. There is no medication name, no dosage, and no indication of contents on the outside of the box. A signature is not normally required.
